Refund & Cancellation Policy

Tickets once booked are non-refundable, unless the event is canceled by the organizer.
In case of event cancellation, refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5–7 working days.
If an event is rescheduled, tickets may remain valid for the new date (subject to organizer policy).
No refunds will be issued for denied entry due to failure to meet venue rules (age, dress code, ID, etc.).
